Any unused product may be returned to Mecca Cosmetica either by Australia Post or to a store within 14 days of purchase. The address for postal returns is:

All orders within Australia are sent using Australia Post. All orders sent to New Zealand are sent using Express Courier International.
- What are your delivery options and how much do they cost?

Express Post: (Express Post deliveries will arrive within 3 - 5 business days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked.)- 1 - 2 products $10
- 3 - 5 products $15
- Over 6 products $20
Platinum Delivery: (Will arrive within 1 - 3 business days and requires signature on arrival - recommended for high value orders.)

Our Express Post deliveries will arrive within 3 - 5 business days and ensures that your parcel can always be tracked. Please note: Parcels cannot be left at the address if they do not fit in your letterbox and there is no one there to collect. To ensure you can collect your parcel, it is best to have it delivered to your daytime address.Platinum Post:
Platinum Post ensures your delivery can always be tracked, will arrive within 1 - 3 business days and must be signed for upon delivery - please send your Platinum Delivery to your work address if possible.NEW ZEALAND:
Express Courier International: Your parcel will arrive within 3 - 4 business days and can always be tracked - it also must be signed for upon delivery.
- Can I track my parcel?

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment in your My Mecca account.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a Confirmation Email from the online team at Mecca Cosmetica which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Please visit http://auspost.com.au/track/ to track your parcel. If you can't locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please call us on 1800 007 844 and one of our hosts will assist you with your enquiry.

Every time you place an order online with Mecca you will be invited to create an AutoReplenish through your My Mecca account. Through My Mecca you can manage your AutoReplenish orders, select frequencies for shipment, change item quantities, and add previously purchased items to your order. Then it's set and forget!
